Comparison Between Taj Mahal and The Pyramids.
There are many places in the world which are of great importance worldwide. They have their own histories and are known throughout the world. Two such places are the Taj Mahal and The Egyptian Pyramids. They show the most marvelous architectural and artistic human achievements. Both these constructions are heart throbbing, they have different purposes behind their constructions and different reasons for people to visit them, but they are both included in the wonders of the world. The histories of constructions are indeed interesting.
            They have totally opposite histories of their construction. Taj mahal was completed in 1648 by the mughal emperor Shah Jahan. He built this in the memory of his wife. On the other hand the pyramids in Egypt were built for the kings of their country. They were basically the tombs of the Pharoahs. The earliest pyramid was constructed in 2630 BCE – 2611 BCE. There are many reasons behind the visits of the people to these constructions.
            These world reputed places attract the visitors. Taj mahal is the most beautiful building. It is a World Heritage Site. The precious stone inlay all over the building is a charm for eyes. On the other hand many people visit the pyramids for academic purposes. One thing is obvious. The Great Pyramid is unusual. It is one of the largest known structures and is stupendous. Just looking at it leaves one in awe. Along with the many differences, they have a major similarity.
          Taj Mahal and the Pyramids are both included in the Seven Wonders of the World. They are exciting beautiful and challenging. They refer to remarkable constructions of classical antiquity. They are praised for their notable features, ranging from superlatives of the highest or largest of their types, to the artistry with which they were built.
            Both these places are worth visiting. Each of them has a special purpose to be built and is appreciated worldwide. They are beautiful monuments with great architecture and lessons to learn from.
